There are two steps. Creating your account gives you the videos. Joining a live class takes one more step, and it is the one people miss. Please do not skip it.

1. Create your account

1. Go to organization.waqi.health

2. Click Login, then click "signup here."

3. Fill in the form. Please use your work email, so we can recognise you on our end.

4. Click Submit.

5. Check your inbox for the verification email. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, look in your spam or junk folder, which is where it usually hides.

6. Click Complete Email Verification.

7. If you forget your password later, click "I forgot my password," enter your work email, and follow the instructions in the reset email.

Your account is personal to you. Please do not share your login, and please do not record or redistribute the classes.

2. Register for a live class

Creating your account does not by itself put you in a class. You need to register for each date you want to attend.

1. Log in at organization.waqi.health

2. Click Zoom Classes in the top menu.

3. You will see a calendar of the classes available to you. Red means open for registration. Green means you are already registered. Grey means registration has closed.

4. Click a red date and complete the registration.

5. Check that the date has turned green. That is how you know it worked.

6. Repeat for any other dates you would like.

Please register even if you are not certain you can come. There is no attendance expectation. Registering simply opens the door.

3. Join the class

Before your first class, install Zoom on the device you plan to use and check that it has a working camera and microphone.

The evening before class, you will receive a reminder email containing your Zoom link. It comes directly from Zoom, so check spam or promotions if you do not see it. At class time, click that link to join.

If the reminder has not arrived by the morning of the class, email support@waqi.health and we will send you the link.

4. Find the videos

1. Log in and click Videos in the top menu to see the programs available to you.

2. Click Watch Videos on a program to open its list of lessons.

3. Click Watch Video on the lesson you want.

4. The plus sign adds a video to your favorites so you can find it again quickly.

What appears here depends on what your organization has arranged, so your list may differ from a colleague's at another organization. Recent class recordings are here too.
